Haydamax Laboratory is the division of Haydamax OÜ that starts companies, tests hypotheses, and builds and launches new services for the group. Every idea here begins as a culture: seeded, kept under stated conditions, watched. What grows becomes a company. What doesn't is closed and written up.

Three kinds of work. One protocol.

The lab does not run programmes or cohorts. It takes one hypothesis at a time and puts it through the same conditions, whether it ends as a company, a service inside one, or a closed file.

Start companies

A hypothesis with a market behind it gets a name, a domain, a small team and a date. If the number holds in the field, it becomes a company of the group with its own operator and its own books.

Test hypotheses

Before anyone builds, the lab checks that the demand exists: what people search for and do not find, a page in front of real visitors, a price someone actually pays. Most hypotheses end here, and that is the point.

Build and launch services

When a hypothesis holds, the lab builds the service itself: the product, the operations behind it, the first users. It runs on a subdomain of hdm.red until it is stable enough to move to its own domain and its owner.

How a hypothesis becomes a company

Five stages, the same for every idea, with the exit written down before the entry. The dish is the same seed under each stage's conditions: as you move through the protocol, the values change first and the culture answers.

Signal

Something people are looking for and not finding: search demand nobody serves, a queue at a door nobody opened, a market that exists but has no product. The lab reads demand before it reads ideas.

Ends when the demand is measured, or it turns out not to be there.

Hypothesis

One sentence about who pays for what, one number that would prove it wrong, one date. Written before a line of code, and kept on the file to the end.

Ends when someone can say exactly how it fails.

Prototype

The smallest thing that can be put in front of a real person. It runs on a subdomain of hdm.red with real content, real accounts, and a way to pay where the model needs one. Weeks, not quarters.

Ends when real people have used it without our help.

Field

Real traffic, real users, real money. No pitch decks and no friends: the number from the hypothesis is the only judge, and it is read on the date that was set.

Ends when the number holds, or the date passes.

Handover

What survives leaves the lab with its own domain, its own company inside Haydamax and its own operator. What does not survive is closed, and the file stays: the next hypothesis starts from the record, not from zero.
